Notes:  Like an enigma from the past Leon Redbone walked nto the seventies and brought along a mixture of blues, New Orleans jazz, storytelling and songs of love and loss. Bringing on such guests ad Yusef Lateef and Don McLean shows a little of the bredth of the material within. Odd, amusing, electic and amazing at times he never fails to deliver. Thre cover art and photo show us a relaxed Leon looking for all the world like a mixture of Groucho, Frank Zappa and Col. Sanders. Good for the ears.
