Artist:  The Rolling Stones

Title:  Gimme Shelter

Date:  1971

Label:  Decca   SKL 5101

Notes:   Here one you don't see every day. This is a British import from 1971. Side 2 was recorded live at the Royal Albert Hall and has a version of the Otis Redding tune "I've Been Loving You Too Long". Side one is made up of songs from the Gimmee Shelter movie, but are the original recordings, not soundtrack. The cover shot shows the boys on the smallest stage I've ever seen them trod upon. Keep your eyes open for this one to hear the "World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band" before they were grandparents.
