Notes:  A collection of local San Jose talent on this disc. A special treat is the appearance of a few tunes by the Frontier Wives featuring Scott Long and friends. Many's the time spent in a little hole in the wall named Marsugi's watching him in various bands under various names playing wild and wooly shows to the few dozen in attendance. And that's not meant to take anything away from the rest of the artists featured here. The new wave had given away to the independents and the 1^st Street clubs were crawling with musicians bent on making their own sound or at least remain close to their roots. It may not have been pretty at times, but it was fun for all who were involved.

And rumor has it that the drummer for the Frontier Wives was none other than Lex from one of those awful survivor series. Strange world out there.
