Notes: This
is a record produced by AM radio station KYA (1260) in San Francisco
in the late 60's. The material ranges from 1963 thru 1969 and has
some of the all-time great songs from the era. Bands like the Electric
Prunes, the Seeds (from San Jose) and a great version of the Buffalo
Springfield song Sit Down, I Think I Love You by the Mojo
Men. And there's is ever so much more. That's right kiddies, the
AM radio used to play real music and San Francisco wasn't the only
place. Growing up in Scranton, Pa. I remember hearing these songs
as a kid and talking with my friends about the bands we were going
to form and the records we were going to record. Ah, the splendor
of youth, but I digress. The cover art is a direct lift ofthe Big
Brother, Cheap Thrills album with the appropriate changes
made to suit this line up of material. A great flea market find.
